Absolutely, with association-style programs that reduce administration costs of running a plan. Design enhancements? Available because of your membership strength with other CCO members. Refunds at Premium? Remarkably, yes, because of a unique program that returns unused premiums back to the school. A few comments from participating members:

The service has been prompt, effective and personalized, always centered on our requirements with attention to our needs.

In the past few years Mark's recommended option, the GRIP Program, reduced our premiums by 21.3% at the changeover of insurers, and another 4.6% decrease this year. On top of that, we received a refund of Premium equivalent to two and half month's premium.

We strongly recommend Mark Kempf, a caring and professional advisor.
