NEW!! CCO Member Portal
Note: Effective Monday, February 2, 2026, CCO is launching a new Member Portal for FAO using schools to be able to add new staff to the CCO FAO Contact List and remove staff that are no longer working in the Financial Aid Department of their school from the list.
The link that has been in use for several years will be disabled as of February 2, 2026, and every school will need to complete the form below to be added as a user on the Member Portal.
Please ensure that only 1 or 2 managers/Financial Aid staff at the school complete the form so that they can add or delete staff as needed. Once the form is completed and submitted an invitation will be sent to them to be added to the Member Portal.
