Congratulations to Cestar College of Business, Health and Technology, Adrian Sharma, the recipient of the 2026 Paul Kitchin Award for Outstanding Community Involvement in partnership with Inn of the Good Shepherd.

Cestar College is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable communities across Ontario, a commitment that has become increasingly important in the wake of the pandemic, the associated economic downturn, and more recent industry-related challenges that have led to low or no family income and/or joblessness. As both a career college and a post-secondary institution for international students (in Partnership with Lambton College in Sarnia), Cestar’s goal is to support second-career individuals and recent graduates as they transition into a new chapter of their lives by providing access to food programs, affordable housing, career guidance, and settlement assistance in the communities of both Sarnia, Ontario and Toronto where the college is located.

Whether it’s backpacks for youth, food for the hungry, or settlement supports, services, and a sense of belonging for newcomers, Cestar is committed to providing disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals and families with the supports they need so they can remain focused on their personal and professional growth.
