cco -CCO Recognizes Mohammadamin Keyhanfard with the Prestigious Outstanding Graduate Award!

Career Colleges Ontario is proud to announce Mohammadamin Keyhanfard as one of this year’s recipients of the Outstanding Graduate Award!

Amin has demonstrated academic excellence of the highest order. He achieved a program average of 92.8%, graduating with academic honours, and maintained perfect attendance throughout his studies—an indicator of his discipline, reliability, and deep commitment to learning. In the Data Design course, which is directly aligned with his current professional role, Amin earned an exemplary grade of 94.62%. The capstone group project he completed in this course received the highest mark in the class and was commended by faculty for its analytical rigour, technical quality, and real-world relevance. This work required him to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, apply advanced tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python, and present insights clearly and professionally—skills that are now central to his work as a data analyst. Importantly, Amin achieved all of this in his first educational experience in Canada, while simultaneously adapting to a new educational system, expectations, and academic culture.

Amin has made a strong, positive contribution to the college community and those around him. While at TSOM, he actively participated in student initiatives and served as a Peer Tutor, supporting classmates who were navigating similarly demanding academic and personal circumstances. He shared his expertise in data analytics, helped peers understand complex course content, and encouraged students to adapt to a new educational and work environment. Through this work, he modelled perseverance, professionalism, and mutual support, values that reflect both TSOM’s mission and CCO’s commitment to student-centred, outcomes-focused education. Amin’s reflective accounts of his experience show a student who not only overcame challenges but also used them to grow, becoming more efficient, resilient, and confident in managing both academic and professional responsibilities.
