On March 17, 2020, Career Colleges Ontario issued the following letter urging third-party accrediting bodies to issue letters of approval to CCO members and enable temporary online delivery of their courses. A PDF of the letter is available for download here.

Re: Third Party Endorsement to Offer Online Classes
Career Colleges Ontario represents 240 private colleges across Ontario.
Many of our member colleges have third-party accreditation for delivery of their programs.
In light of COVID-19 and the State of Emergency recently declared in Ontario, we are requesting letters from third-party accrediting bodies so that our members may enable temporary online delivery of their courses. The Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities is requesting these letters from our members.
All letters of endorsement will expire following notification by local public health officials that there is no continuing risk to students of contracting COVID-19 by attending their private career college.
We would appreciate a letter as expeditiously as possible in light of the circumstances.
