Submit an application for processing

We are pleased to announce the launch of Career Colleges Ontario’s New online OSAP Processing Request Form. This new form replaces the current online form that will be disabled as of April 1, 2024.Effective Monday, April 1, 2024, please use the New link to submit requests for CCO to process student OSAP applications are asked to do so through this webpage.

How to submit OSAP applications for processing effective May 1, 2024.

1. If you choose to simply send single application submissions, please continue to use the form below as you have been doing. However, effective May 1, 2024 it will be necessary to pay for your submissions by credit card.  Please use this link for single submissions;  https://careercollegesontario.ca/OSAP .
2. Set up an account on STEPS if you don’t already have an account for Transcript Storage on STEPS.
   1. For those members who already have a Transcript Storage Account on STEPS we have added a new tab called OSAP where you will be able to submit single applications and applications in bulk format as well as “top up account”. When adding funds to your account there will be a choice of adding funds for transcript storage or adding funds for OSAP Submissions.
3. To set up a new account on the STEPS platform please click on the link below:

Then, click on the word “Register” and fill out the information required.   Once you have an account set up on STEPS, please let either myself, lornamills@careercollegesontario.ca or denastuart@careercollegesontario.ca know so that we can go in and validate your account.  Until this happens, you will NOT be able to use your account to submit OSAP applications.

There are 2 tabs at the top of your dashboard that you will use.  One will be “OSAP” and this is for submitting your OSAP applications.   The other one will be “Account” and this is where you will add funds to your account to pay for the applications that you submit.   Click on “Top up Account” and select the action that you wish to use.  (Please note that transcript storage is part of this but you will choose to “Process …. OSAP Submissions” at whatever level of funding you wish to add to your account).
