Rebecca Challis Honored with Career Colleges Ontario’s Outstanding Graduate Award

Career Colleges Ontario is proud to announce Rebecca Challis as one of this year’s recipients of the Outstanding Graduate Award!

Rebecca has demonstrated a strong and ongoing commitment to contributing both within the college environment and in the broader community. During her time in the program, she fostered a positive and collaborative classroom atmosphere, consistently supporting her peers and contributing to a culture of respect and shared learning.

Since entering the policing profession, Rebecca has continued to make meaningful contributions through her dedicated service to the community. Her professionalism, leadership, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities, such as mentoring cadets and recruits, reflect her commitment not only to her organization but to the development of others within the profession.

Notably, Rebecca has consistently spoken highly of her experience at triOS College within the community she serves, proudly reflecting the values and training she received. In doing so, she has become a role model for current and prospective students, demonstrating what can be achieved through dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
